In accordance with Meta’s Platform Terms, this page explains how you can request complete deletion of your data associated with the Wacord Facebook / Instagram integration.

How to request data deletion

Follow these steps to revoke Wacord access on Facebook and ask us to purge your data:

  1. Step 1: Go to your Facebook Settings & Privacy → Settings.
  2. Step 2: Navigate to Business Integrations (or Apps and Websites).

  3. Step 3: Find Wacord in the list and click Remove to revoke access.
  4. Step 4: Send an email to support@wacord.com with the subject line Data Deletion Request. Include your registered Wacord email address or Account ID.
  5. Step 5: Our support team will manually purge all your associated chat data, tokens, and records from our database within 7 business days and send a confirmation email.
